From Wonder to Work

A glimpse into the passion behind the work.

Curiosity has always shaped how I learn, connect, and lead. I was the kid who asked questions and am the adult who never quite stopped. Over time, that curiosity became more than a personality trait. It became a way of working.

I have spent my career in spaces where learning, leadership, and creativity intersect. In schools, businesses, and even my kids’ extracurriculars, I have seen what happens when imagination is welcomed. People engage. They connect. They start to see possibilities instead of limitations.

I have also seen what happens when curiosity is quieted. The spaces where compliance is rewarded more than creativity and where good ideas stay locked inside capable people. Those are the spaces where people disengage and burn out.

That is where my work lives. I create experiences that invite people back into curiosity. Not as a nice-to-have, but as a practical, powerful tool for connection, growth, and meaningful change.

How I Work

I do not believe meaningful learning or connection happens by sitting back and being talked at. The experiences I create are designed to be a part of, not just heard.

My work blends storytelling, experiential learning, and play in ways that invite people to participate, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and each other.

Sometimes that looks like laughter. Sometimes it looks like quiet moments of clarity. Often, it includes a bit of both.

I create spaces where curiosity is welcomed and questions are encouraged. Spaces where people feel safe enough to show up honestly and brave enough to think differently. That is where connection happens and momentum begins.

Curiosity is not defiance.

It is the beginning of possibility.

This work shows up in many forms, but the intention is always the same. To create experiences that invite curiosity, connection, and meaningful engagement.

I bring this work to life through speaking and facilitation experiences designed for conferences, organizations, schools, and community spaces. Whether on a stage or in a room together, the focus is always on participation, reflection, and shared experience.

It also lives through storytelling. In conversations, podcasts, and written work, I explore how curiosity, creativity, and lived experience shape the way we learn, lead, and connect with one another.

You will also find it in books, creative projects, and resources meant to spark imagination and invite people of all ages to engage more fully with the world around them.

A Personal Note

At the heart of my work, you’ll find:

  • Storytelling that creates connection

  • Learning that invites participation

  • Space for curiosity, reflection, and play

Where This Shows Up

At the heart of everything I do is a deep belief in people. I believe curiosity is something we carry with us, even when life gets busy or expectations grow louder. I also believe play, imagination, and connection are not things we grow out of.

When I am not working, you will usually find me soaking up moments with my family, collecting stories, or noticing the small sparks of joy that show up in everyday life. Those moments are reminders of what this work is really about. Being present. Being curious. Being fully yourself.

If this work resonates, I would love to explore what we could create together. Whether you are planning an experience, a conversation, or something still taking shape, I am always open to meaningful collaboration.
