From Wonder to Work

A glimpse into the passion behind the work.

Curiosity has always shaped how I learn, connect, and lead. I was the kid who asked questions and am the adult who never quite stopped. Over time, that curiosity became more than a personality trait. It became a way of working.

I have spent my career in spaces where learning, leadership, and creativity intersect. In schools, businesses, and even my kids’ extracurriculars, I have seen what happens when imagination is welcomed. People engage. They connect. They start to see possibilities instead of limitations.

I have also seen what happens when curiosity is quieted. The spaces where compliance is rewarded more than creativity and where good ideas stay locked inside capable people. Those are the spaces where people disengage and burn out.

That is where my work lives. I create experiences that invite people back into curiosity. Not as a nice-to-have, but as a practical, powerful tool for connection, growth, and meaningful change.

How I Work

I do not believe meaningful learning or connection happens by sitting back and being talked at. The experiences I create are designed to be a part of, not just heard.

My work blends storytelling, experiential learning, and play in ways that invite people to participate, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and each other.

Sometimes that looks like laughter. Sometimes it looks like quiet moments of clarity. Often, it includes a bit of both.

I create spaces where curiosity is welcomed and questions are encouraged. Spaces where people feel safe enough to show up honestly and brave enough to think differently. That is where connection happens and momentum begins.

Curiosity is not defiance.

It is the beginning of possibility.

My work is dedicated to creating experiences that invite curiosity, connection, and meaningful engagement.

This comes to life through speaking, facilitation, and mentorship. Whether on a stage, facilitating a Mastermind, or grabbing a slice of pizza, the focus is always on creating shared experience where lessons come from engagement and reflection.

The lessons I’ve learned along the way are shared through storytelling in podcasts, publications, and speaking. I love helping others understand how curiosity, creativity, and lived experiences shape the way we learn, lead, and connect with one another.

My collection of books, creative projects, and resources are meant to give you that spark of inspiration to engage more fully with the world around you.

A Personal Note

I believe that:

  • Storytelling creates meaningful connection

  • Learning that invites participation lasts longer

  • Space for curiosity, reflection, and play is a must

  • Experiences give us needed perspective

Where This Shows Up

At the heart of everything I do is a deep belief in people. I believe curiosity is something we carry with us, even when life gets busy or expectations grow louder. I also believe play, imagination, and connection are not things we grow out of.

When I am not working, you will usually find me soaking up moments with my family, collecting stories, or noticing the small sparks of joy that show up in everyday life. Those moments are reminders of what this work is really about. Being present. Being curious. Being fully yourself.
